Demand for RV detailing around Burning Man is very high, so scheduling in advance is essential.The RV must be returned completely clean, both inside and outside, including a clean engine. We reserve the right to determine whether the RV is returned in the same condition as it was delivered.If you choose to do a full interior and exterior detailing, please provide a receipt of payment. If we determine the RV is still not adequately clean, we will have it professionally cleaned by our company, and in that case, the $1,300 cleaning fee will not be refundable.Important: The RV must be cleaned on the same day as your confirmed return date. They made the pick-up and drop-off process easy and stress-free, and took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know. We flew into LAX and it was a short ten-minute ride to the lot. The RV itself was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped for our trip. Everything worked flawlessly, and it was clear the owners take great care of their vehicle. It was comfortable, easy to drive, and had all the conveniences we could have hoped for. Lots of kitchen equipment and clean sheets and towels. We had such a great experience from start to finish — we would absolutely rent from Lidiya again and highly, highly recommend this RV to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable rental experience!

3.0Pros and cons. The RV was priced fairly but does feel very dated and older. There were also some frustrations. We got to our RV park and found out the owners did not provide us with keys to lock the outside storage areas of the RV. So all of our gear, bikes, etc. were not able to be locked or secured during our trip. The water tank was also not refilled for our trip from the prior renters, and the RV was missing a key piece of the sewage line needed for proper dumping/sewage disposal once parked at the RV site. The owners were communicative and fast to respond, but that didn't change the fact that these things should not have happened. We purchased a piece for the sewage line ourselves, and they did reimburse us. They were nice people but should make sure the RV is properly maintained.
