Please dump and flush the black and gray water tanks before returning the trailer. We would charge a $100 dumping fee if the tanks are not emptied and Flushed before returning. This includes Deliveries.No smoking

returned, we may keep your security deposit to pay for deep cleaning and deodorizing the trailer.Power Source requirementsThis trailer is equipped with a solar panel that powers the refrigerator, lights, water heater and outlets. If you want to use the AC, you'll need to connect the trailer to the grid. If you're going to a dry camp, we can provide you with a generator.This trailer is fully electric requires 30 Amp outlet.Generator is available as an add of $25 per night. This generator is specifically chosen to provide the amount of power needed to operate all functions of the trailer. If rented please return full to avoid a $35 refuel fee.

We loved it!!!! We were first timers and were nervous about everything, but Alisa and her husband explained it all to us and we will definitely be booking with them again!!! It was a very smooth drive! Very clean, friendly, it has all the kitchen supplies that you need, honestly I didn’t even use anything that I took. Thank you again!

Alisa was wonderful to deal with. Attentive, quick to respond, and very helpful when we had questions owing to our inexperience. We absolutely love this RV and I'm quite sure I will rent from them again as soon as the next camping opportunity.
