This is a great addition to your vacation taking all the amenities of home with you to your destination. This trailer has an awning so you can sit outside in the shade. I have also put a mattress topper on the queen matress to make it more comfortable. There is a tv and dvd player in the bedroom and in the living area. also there is lots of storage space. if you are a coffee drinker it comes with the coffee pot and filters. My family would love to share the camping experience our trailer provides with you
