new 2021 17ft Winnebago Micro Minnie 1700BH, just the right size family travel trailer with bunk beds and a queen size bed. Dinette also folds down into a bed, so sleeps 5 total (2 adult & 3 kids). Dry weight of 3280 lbs, so it can be towed by most SUVs and large crossovers that have brake controllers. In new condition. bathroom with toilet, shower, fridge/freezer, microwave, flat screen tv, outdoor shower, Power awning with outdoor speakers.
Our goal is to make the entire experience as simple and hassle free as possible. I can either deliver the unit to you (for a fee) or can meet you at our house. I will provide a complete check out process and show you how to hook up to your vehicle and demonstrate how everything works and answer any questions you have.
Why should you rent from us? We are not a business. This is our family camper and we will treat you like family. We love camping and want to make sure you have an amazing time too!**Delivery may not always be available. Please inquire about day, time, and location prior to delivery booking. Was ist inbegriffenIncluded in the rental is 2 paper towel rolls, and a 4 pack of toilet paper.Due to covid 19 we are minimizing amenities with our rig. We provide a full kitchen but request that renters bring personal towels and sheets. Utensils include basic cookware, cooking utensils, forks, spoons, and knives.You will need to bring: Linens, Food, Clothes, Hygiene products (shampoo, soap, toothpaste etc), towels. EmpfehlungenGreat for long weekends and getaways. Still short and light for easy towing and parking.Weitere wichtige Dinge-No pets.
-No smoking
-Renter is expect to broom sweep and wipe down all surfaces before returning.
-Renter must empty grey and black water tanks before return.We do not have a general cleaning fee. We ask that you return the camper picked up and wiped down. However, if the trailer is returned exceptionally dirty we will apply a $75 cleaning fee.
