5.0This is our second time renting with Spencer. Both times have been fantastic. Pick up and drop offs were so easy, the RV is packed with so many extras I barely had to bring anything but our clothes and food. This time I accidentally left a bag in the RV after dropping it off. Upon realizing I had left the bag, I reached out to Spencer. He was able to locate the bag and keep it for me until I was able to return and pick it up. Other companies I have rented from would have just thrown it away. We will most definitely be returning to rent from 916 RV Rentals again. Thank you for a great RV to stay in for our trip!
