"Outdoorsy" was problematic. My local host, 916 RV Rentals and Spencer, were great. Spencer was very accommodating and responsive. We arranged a time for an orientation of the RV. When we arrived Spencer let us know that driver verification for my husband was showing that he was not verified by Outdoorsy. Interestingly, the night before and earlier that day, we could see that he and I were both verified drivers. We checked the app. sure enough, my husband was not listed as verified. Spencer, my husband and I called Outdoorsy together to try to get the verification process fixed. Outdoorsy said that it would take time on their end; okay, fine. We continued checking out the RV taking photos and getting details on operation. After a while, we checked and my husband still was not verified; even worse, now I was no longer verified as a driver either. At this time. we were ready to head off with the RV to begin loading it up. Of course, we could not do that because neither of us were able to drive off at this point. We called Outdoorsy again, for them to inform us that my driver's license is expired...It's valid through 2030! I went through the entire process to become a verified driver again, in the meantime we were still waiting for my husband to become verified. A full hour and a half later, I was listed as verified, my husband was not. I drove the RV home. We were so work out, that we did not get any loading of the RV done that night. Fortunately, we had not planned to leave the same evening. My husband was finally verified by noon the next day. We were loaded and on the road by 2 p.m. The Winnebago View 24D was a nice RV, very comfortable bed, lots of space in the refrigerator and freezer, and plenty of space for all the camp items that we wanted to bring. Our dog, Chloe, was quite comfortable on her little bed between the seats as we traveled. I especially appreciated the wardrobe in the bathroom to hang some warm clothes. There is nice space in the medicine cabinet in the bathroom, despite little space on the sink in the bathroom. Nice counter space enabled the two of us to work together in the kitchen. If I were to choose this RV again, I would bring a small step stool to get into the Murphy bed. I am 5'1" and a little round, so it was a little bit of a challenge getting into the bed at night. Once there, I slept really well and enjoyed the fact that we could fold the bed up in the morning with the bedding still on. Really appreciated Spencer at 916 RV Rentals; I may choose to go directly through them in the future.

Because we are newbies to the RV world our first experience with another company was a nightmare, with Extreme RV of Davis/Galt! He didn’t return our calls and the RV was lacking in any service or repairs that were sorely needed! Had my husband not been talented like MacGyver, we would’ve been stuck on the Oregon coast. We got wise and researched “extensively” and found Spencer! Talk about night and day and what a wonderful experience that made for a hassle free perfect trip! Spencer looks out for the people that trust him with their rigs, and he thoroughly looks out for those that rent them. He goes the extra mile all the way around! Upfront and honest!! Because of the superior condition of his rigs we didn’t have any issues at all just a lot of fun on our visit to the beautiful Trinidad redwoods. Highly recommended Camp Trinidad! We look forward to our next trip and already secured our reservation for February. There’s no other dealer that is a personable and caring and knowledgeable Spencer!

This RV was nice. REALLY nice. We loved everything about it. It feels really small when driving but very spacious with the slide out room extended while parked.

The motorhome felt so luxurious and was incredibly easy to drive and use. Daniel was kind and patient, making sure I understood how everything worked. He answered all of my questions. Spencer, the owner, was also there to help every step of the way. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had such a wonderful experience renting the Mercedes RV from Spencer. From the very beginning, both Spencer and his assistant Daniel went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional, answering all our questions and making us feel at ease. The RV itself was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great trip. The return process was completely hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better. I cannot recommend Spencer and his team enough — truly top-notch service and an unforgettable rental experience!
