Always helpful and responsive
Brandon consistently provides excellent communication, responds quickly, is flexible with arrangements, and makes pickup/drop-off simple. He goes the extra mile to assist, even helping with issues like a generator adapter.
Clean, functional with thin mattresses
The Grand Design Transcend is clean, spacious, and functional, with working AC and hot water. Guests frequently mention mattresses are thin, requiring extra padding, and one reported battery issues. Extras like lawn chairs and an outside mat are included.

5.0Perfect RV. Host very responsive to questions. RV mattresses tend to be a bit thin, so if you want more padding, bring a comforter. Would rent again.
