This is a stationary RV turned into a tiny home in the gated community at Coosawattee River Resort Ellijay, GA. She has been meticulously remodeled from the inside out. This RV has been upgraded to include a full-sized shower and toilet. Internet is included as well as a PS3 and a couple games along with Netflix for your leisurely needs. The place also includes all cooking items but you are welcome to bring your own. There is space for 2 vehicles on the lot. The RV has a built on deck with a fenced in front yard and fire pit! Small pets are welcome but you must clean after them. Included in the community is a free gym, Olympic size outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, tubing the Coosawattee river, hiking, dog park, wildlife including roaming deer, and a zoo located inside the community! Coosawattee also holds free events for the community.
