• Please keep the RV 70 MPH or less • No Smoking in the RV • We want every guest to have a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. In consideration of future renters who may be sensitive to fragrances, please also avoid excessive use of cologne, perfume, essential oils, or air fresheners, as these scents can linger and be difficult to remove. We take great pride in providing a fresh and well-maintained RV, and we appreciate your help in returning it in the same condition it was provided to you, clean, with the black and grey water tanks flushed and emptied, the fresh water tank filled, and the gas and propane tanks returned full. If for any reason you are unable to return the RV in this condition, applicable cleaning, dumping, refueling, or propane recharge fees will be applied. Renters with approved pets will be charged a 150.00 dollar fee per pet. • Violating policies may result in loss of deposit, additional fees or vehicle retrieval.
