Big Bertha is a brand new 2020 Starcraft Autumn Ridge towable travel trailer. She is 27' long and comes with 2 entry doors. Dry weight of BIG Bertha is 6265 lbs. Gvwr (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) is 8500 lbs. There is 1 Power retractable slide out on the driver side.
Featuring inside is a queen-size bed, kitchenette, jackknife sofa, 32" TV , U-shape dinette coverts to a bed, 2 full size bunk beds , 6.1 cu. ft. refrigerator, 3 burner stove with microwave, 2 air conditioners. Bathroom is a standard shower/bathtub with air vent above shower. She does have a door in the bathroom for quick access to and from outside. She comes with a furnace/water heater system.
Bertha comes with a radio and speaker system inside and outside. She comes with a 9-10' outside awning with LED lights to gather underneath and soak up some sun! She is easy going and easy to tow.
In an effort to keep my renters and ourselves safe, we are minimizing what Big Bertha comes equipped with on your vacation. She does come equipped with the following: 3 pc. cookware, cooking utensils, plastic dishware and disposable cutlery, disposable coffee cups, a 5 cup coffee maker and disposable 16 oz. drinking cups . She does also come supplied with hand soap, dish soap, hand sanitizer and a multi-surface cleanser. Renters will need to supply their own sheets, blankets for a queen size bed and linen for the full size bunk beds, pillows, washcloths and towels. There is a board game to enjoy and few books for those who love to read. Renters will need to purchase their own groceries . We will provide a small propane grill for those who love to grill outside, renters will need to purchase the small propane.

The driver of the vehicle must have more than state minimum liability insurance. The insured's name must match the name on the insurance card.
No parties, festivals, no running inside the rv, no smoking.
Pets are not allowed to be left unattended and must be in their crate if you need to step out or away from the RV. Pet stains, and/or damages will be taken out of the deposit.
There is a dumping fee that will be added on when the RV is returned IF the tanks are not emptied at renters destination or at a dumping station prior to returning the RV to the owners.
