• No smoking inside the camper. Any evidence of smoking (including odor) will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. • Pets are welcome with prior approval. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning. Unapproved pets or pet damage may result in additional fees or forfeiture of the security deposit. • The tow vehicle must meet all towing requirements, including proper towing capacity and a functioning brake controller. If a brake controller is not present at pickup, the camper cannot be released. • Do not climb on the roof or use it for storage. Roof access is not permitted. • All gray and black tanks must be emptied prior to return, unless the tank dump service has been added. A $50 fee will apply if tanks are returned full. Delivered units will be emptied at no charge if a dump station is available on site, otherwise a $50 dump feel will be applied • Please return the camper in clean condition, including broom-swept floors, wiped-down surfaces, and all trash removed. A broom and cleaning wipes are provided for your convenience. Excessive cleaning may result in a $75–$150 cleaning fee, depending on condition at return. • Guests are required to review the setup and takedown bookelt in camper prior to towing or using the camper. • Festival, event, and special-use trips may be permitted with prior approval. Please disclose your destination and intended use in advance so we can confirm suitability. Unauthorized event use may result in forfeiture of the security deposit. • Same-day pickup may be available but must be approved in advance.
