The Leamon Party Bus! (24 ft, Sleeps 6+)

Thank you for considering the Leamon Party Bus! For the best experience, please adhere to the following guidelines: - Must sign a release of liability agreement before driving away with the RV, no exceptions! - No smoking inside please, keep it outside including ashtrays and cig butts. This includes marijuana, tobacco, cigars and vaping. If our furniture and linens even remotely smell of smoking, we will withhold a $200 surcharge. If smoking is very important to you, please feel free to book an alternate RV! - Pets are a case-by-case basis and we'll try and accommodate. Absolutely no pets allowed on top of the bed or furniture. Please select the pet add-on for the extra cleaning fee and pinky promise that they are well behaved and won't damage the RV! - Absolutely no climbing on the roof by any children and please take care with your kids on the upper bunk. If you must get on to the roof in an emergency, please contact us to let us know. - No trips outside of the U.S. can be accepted at this time - $200 surcharge applies for the following situations: -- Gray and black (toilet) tanks are not emptied from the trip -- RV is filthy inside or out (exterior and interior clean, trash picked up, swept, wiped down, fridge empty, tanks empty, etc.). -- Smoking inside the rig -- Pet damage or smell - And of course, no driving the RV while intoxicated, high, on prescription drugs or other substances where you might be impaired. - We use this RV for quality family time throughout the year and appreciate you taking care of it as if it were your own.
