We purchased our 5th Wheel in 2016 from a previous owner. This RV is in excellent condition and sits on the side of my house under a covered carport. I invested in the carport because the previous owner always kept it covered and I wanted to do the same. The RV sleeps 6 even though we usually just have 4 on our camping trips. We usually take it out 2-3 times a year. This RV has the most comfortable queen size bed you'll ever sleep on and comes with a slide out bunkhouse that your kids will love. There is a TV and DVD player in both rooms. There's a total of three slide outs so you have plenty of room.
