-Sleeps a legitimate 5 comfortably with a twin over a full bunk in the back and an oversize dinette in the front that converts to a queen bed. Many dinettes will not sleep a single adult. This one will sleep two. Could sleep 3 kids on the dinette for a family of 6.

-New battery will last a week with light and power discipline. A few hours on an AC electrical connection will top it right back off, if needed.
-Three burner stove and an oven.
-Outdoor grill run off system propane.
-Furnace will keep you warm in any condition with dual propane cylinders to last as long as you do.
-AC available if you bring along a generator.
-Bathroom is adult-sized unlike many travel trailers this size.
-Outdoor shower for those dirty kids or dogs.
