A technical question was promptly answered by their webpage text messaging. We received a detailed walk through of all the mechanicals (electric, water, tanks, etc) before departure. The RV's are serviced on site and the rig (S12 in their inventory) was clean and in good shape. I highly recommend!

5.0This was our second year renting an RV from here and it was another great experience! Pick up and drop off were simple. The walk through before we took it off of the lot is alwas appreciatve. Also, we are giving a full water tank which saved us a ton of time when we got to our campsite and is always appreciated. We plan to continue to rent from them!

After Sean took us through all of the features and operating procedures, we loaded in our supplies and were on our way. We had some questions during our trip and Carefree RV was prompt and helpful in their responses. Dropoff was unhurried while we unloaded our stuff and dropped the keys. Would not hesitate to rent from Carefree RV again.
