Family friendly, smoke-free RV. It is very easy to care for and drive. Since it is 36' it fits in majority of RV sites. It may have a few years under its belt with a little wear on the seats but it has been very well cared for. The engine only has 50k miles on it. The RV has 5 seat belts. There are a lot of outdoor tablecloths etc. available underneath and storage space everywhere. It has a queen size bed in the bedroom with sliding doors between the room, bathroom, and kitchen. Full sofa bed and rotating/reclining chairs. Non-smoking any signs of smoking inside will forfeit your deposit!
