Fantastic deal for the family!
-Sleeps 8, queen bed in master, 2 twin bunks, sofa bed, and table converter bed. A slide-out provides extra space for the family to gather together. Comes with TV and unidirectional antenna (no manual turning), kitchen utensils, microwave, fridge, and oven/stovetop. Enjoy oversized windows for taking in all that nature plus many add-ons. Nice outdoor carpet and some basic camp chairs are included along with battery lamps for your enjoyment. If you forgot something, feel free to ask and we will check to see if we already have what you need for your camping enjoyment!What YOU Need TO TOW OUR Camper:
Your vehicle must have a towing capacity of up to 6500 lbs. To pull you Must have a 2-5/16 hitch/ball receiver.
You do have the option of having me deliver and setup for a fee which is a much easier option for many, setup fee will be deducted from deposit after your trip is completed.
-Set up and delivery available for fee, $125 within 50 miles, additional mileage calculate $1.50/ mile each way.
Rental Fee includes leveling blocks, flexible sewer line, water line, 30 amp electrical cable and 50 amp adapter, 1 full connected propane tank, and linens for each bed.
NOT Provided With Rental: Renter will need to provide their own toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), hand soap, paper towels, flashlights, lanterns, batteries, and any other items not specifically mentioned as “provided with rental” above. Many of these items can be included if you just ask, anything I can do to make the rental as convenient as possible.
-Discounts available for extended rentals (2+ weeks). We also provide a 10% discount for military and first responders. Ask about discounts for those serving as Pastors or Ministers of the Gospel.
-Renters are responsible for their own reservations at the campground of their choosing. I will be glad to help, but for legal reasons you are required to have the campsite in your name. Just contact me for a list of recommendations and I’ll help you in any way I can. There are many campgrounds around our area- Clemson, SC is just a short drive away. Mountain campgrounds and lake campgrounds are also located in close proximity.-Expect to spend 30 minutes to an hour on walk-through upon pickup becoming familiar with any controls and operation.
