Tioga is ready to roll anywhere your next adventure will take you with it's 33" mud-terrain tires, Aluminess racks and custom 6-inch lift.Take Tioga on your next family camping adventure. Bring your boards and bring your bikes. Take this van on your surf road trip, desert climbing trip, winter ski-trip, or next mountain biking excursion.Bring all the family or friends! Tioga has 5 seat belts and can comfortably sleep a family of 3-4 on it's folding Full size main bed and rear "loft" kid-size bed. Or throw the kids in a tent and bring your family of 5!Tioga has a wonderful 8.5x8.5 ft. awning with light and a full slide-out kitchen area in the back - complete with stove, cooler and prep and storage areas.Tioga drives wonderfully on the road and is reliable. Tioga can take FlexFuel (Ethanol). She can get about 13-15 MPG on the highway and has two fold-down DVD screens to keep everyone entertained on the drive. This 1-ton van can also tow your toys with it's hitch, or throw your bike rack in there instead. You can feel confident with the helpful back-up camera when you put it in reverse. You will have great night-vision on those dark windy roads with the full-width LED light bar which can turn night into day!

Cleaning Policy:
Interior: We provide you with a clean and sanitized RV. As long as you return it in the same clean condition as you received it, you won't be charged a cleaning fee. We provide you with a broom and dustpan, small vacuum, and spray cleaner in order to help you clean the RV out after your trip. If the RV is returned in an unsatisfactory condition (i.e. dirty dishes, dirty fridge, food on counters, sand on floor, etc...) you will be charged a $200-$400 cleaning fee.
Exterior: You do not need to wash the outside of the RV.
Pet Policy:
We love for you to bring your dogs onboard. Please advise us as to the size, age, and breed of your dog(s) so that we can best accommodate them. All guests with dogs will be required to sign our Pet Policy Addendum before their trip. All reservations with pets must purchase the supplemental interior protection insurance.
Orientation at Pick-up:
Plan 1 - 1 ½ hours (depending on RV experience) for orientation, walk -through, final paperwork and hand off.
Tolls/Tickets:
Any unpaid tolls or traffic violations during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
Damage:
Any damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle is the responsibility of the renter and the owner has the sole right to take amounts for damages out of the renter's security deposit. If you are traveling with young children or pets, you may be required to purchase additional interior insurance protection for your trip (if available).
Parking your Car during your trip:
If we have room available, you may leave one vehicle at our location during your trip. You must get prior approval, leave the keys with us, and allow us to move it around the driveway when necessary.
Generator:
3 Hours per night are included. Overage is charged at $5 per hour.
Fuel:
If RV is not returned with fuel level at or above departure level, you will be charged a minimum $50 filling fee plus cost of gas from your security deposit.
Propane:
You are not required to refill the propane tank when you return. However if you are on a long trip, or are using a lot of propane, It will be your responsibility to get the tank filled at a gas station as many times as needed.
