The camper we originally rented cancelled on us last minute. Art was able to help get us in his camper within an hour !!!!! He was easy to communicate with and very responsive!

Great couple. Easy to work with and explained everything about the RV. We are newbies and we felt comfortable with the RV during our trip. It was the perfect size for a couple and a small shih tzu. They were very flexible with time of pick up and drop off etc. We were a little late with drop off and they didn’t give us a hard time. Only con is that the bathroom had a “ terrible urine smell” but my husband and I did an extensive cleaning and purchased air fresheners. I think it’s a matter of flushing the black tank several times after emptying based on my youtube research. Also, empty BLACK tank 1st and follow it up with GREY tank as cleansing flush since Grey is just shower water. This helps with smells. Other then that they were great and the RV was exactly what we needed. We loved it!

Overall our experience was OK but not without a few problems and hassles along the way. Siobhan was always responsive and very helpful, especially leading up to our trip as we were newbies. 5 stars for sure leading up to the trip. It's a nice RV but its alot more ding-ed up than we expected. Loose interior trim, and damage from a recent accident to the side of the vehcle is being held together with duct tape. Ran well and everything worked fine and would have been worth 5 stars too except that we kept getting water leaks across the floor whenever we hooked up. It was delivered to us in less than clean condition - some crumbs in the cupholders, some left over food and stuff from the last camper in the cabinets, and a spill that hadn't been cleaned. You might say no big deal but it was an irritating way to sat the trip and definitely did not seem to be the CDC cleaning protocol by a long shot (that Ourdoorsy says it requires). They also advertised a bike rack that seemed to be a problem for them when we arrived so I had to transfer my own. When we returned the RV to them we got a lot of pushback when we asked to work out the final cost given those issues and that we delivered it a little ahead of time and with all tanks ready for the next renter as Siobhan had requested (Owner's responsibility under the contract). Her partner then got very testy very fast. We left without any resolution. As I look at the final bill, if I understand it correctly, they ultimately did make an appropriate adjustment. All that being said its a reliable RV and worth renting as long as Siobhan gets the water line fixed, you make sure its delivered clean, and you dont mind the rent-a-dent look on the passenger side of the vehicle.

Tim and Siobhan were very flexible with pickup and drop off times which was very important to me. Tim met with me a week earlier so I could check out the RV and see what items I needed to pack, it was my first time in an RV in 25 years so his handholding was much appreciated. I hope to rent from then again next year if I don't purchase my own RV. Grandkids had a GREAT time!

We had a phenomenal experience with both Siobhan and her RV. As brand new RV-ers, this was the perfect introduction for us. The owners were friendly, flexible and helpful. Always answered when contacted. The vehicle is beautiful!
