This is the perfect rig for a family who is new to pulling a camper, or anyone looking for an easy experience in a simple and clean camper. At only 4200 lbs and just 23ft long including the hitch, it can be pulled with a 1/2 ton truck or full size SUV. It is also simple to set up. The jack is electric, which is nice when hooking it up.Systems include: gas heat, A/C, hot water, vent fan, 12v DC power, 120v AC power (when connected to shore power)There are 5 beds in the 18ft long living space! The queen master bed is at the front and folds up as a Murphy bed to save space. When it's folded up, there's a sofa for lounging. At the back of the camper there are 2 full size bunk beds with privacy curtains and windows. The dinette converts into a twin size bed. There is storage under the seat and beds.The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink.There's a kitchen with large refrigerator/freezer, a two-burner cooktop, sink, microwave, and prep space. We also include other appliances and cookware/dinnerware.Outside, there is a full length powered awning with LED lighting. This is a great feature when you need shelter from the hot sun or the rain. Also outside, there are electrical outlets, solar hookups, and a large underneath storage.The camper and everything in it is new. We have it cleaned and sanitized before each use.
