• Absolutely no smoking in the camper. If any smoke smell is detected (marijuana, vape, or cigarette), entire $1000 security deposit is forfeited and an extra cleaning fee of $300 will be imposed. • renters are responsible for campsite reservations and associated fees. If no campsite is reserved and the site has no availability, renter is still responsible for camper booking fees. We can work with you to try and find an alternate site or make reservations on your behalf, but a location change will result in an additional delivery fee. • if renter is not present on delivery, videos for how to use the camper will be sent to the renter’s provided phone number. Owners are not responsible for a renter’s failure to use the camper properly. Please reach out with any questions! • lost key will result in a charge to replace the key. If a locksmith is needed, renter will be responsible for all charges associated with locksmith call. • if waste tank is not emptied upon return, there will be a $40 charge. • if excess cleaning is needed, additional cleaning charge may be incurred. • interior damage or damage to any provided equipment (including but not limited to linens, towels, dishware, cookware, etc) may result in additional charges to repair or replace these items.
