Motorhome Rental Rules Fuel This RV uses DIESEL fuel only. Using gasoline or any other fuel type will cause severe engine damage, and the renter will be fully responsible for all repair costs. Guests must keep all fuel receipts and take photos of them as proof that only diesel fuel was used during the trip. At the end of the trip, the RV must be refueled within 5 miles of the drop-off location, and a fuel receipt must be provided at return. RV must be returned with: Diesel fuel tank full Propane tank full Waste Tanks & Toilet Use RV must be returned with black and gray tanks emptied. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, trash, or anything other than RV toilet paper. If the toilet or plumbing system becomes clogged due to improper use or prohibited items being flushed, a minimum $500 cleaning and repair fee will be charged. Driving & Road Restrictions Maximum speed: 65 MPH No towing allowed. No trailer, vehicle, or car hauling. Paved roads only. No off-roading, mud, sand, forest trails, or unmaintained roads. Do not exceed the RV’s weight limits or passenger capacity. RV Care & Operation Keep the RV level when parked so the refrigerator operates properly and for overall comfort. Awning must be closed during wind, rain, or whenever the RV is unattended. Report any accidents, damage, warning lights, or mechanical issues immediately. Cleanliness & Return Condition No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the RV. Return the RV tidy: No trash left inside Dishes cleaned Beds stripped Pickup & Drop-Off Standard pickup window: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM Standard drop-off window: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM Different pickup or drop-off times may be available through optional add-ons. Review and sign the rental agreement before pickup. Keys & Responsibility Guests are responsible for lost or damaged keys. Toll roads, parking tickets, traffic tickets, towing fees, campground damages, and any violations incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
