Welcome to your next outdoor adventure! Our family’s 2022 Coleman 17b is waiting to help you make great memories this summer! At only 3000lb dry weight, “Cozy Coleman” allows for most minivans or SUV’s to tow with ease! Hitch and weight distribution included (only for minivans or small suvs, anything else please have a hitch with 2 and 5/16 ball), please make sure you have a working 7 pin wiring harness with at least working power to 12v and lights. We do have a wireless brake controller available as an add on if you vehicle does not have one. If you have a 7 way plug but no brake controller, our brake controller connects to your phone so you don’t have to install one specifically for the trailer!Bright interior, with a fireplace to keep you warm on cool night, or AC to cool you on a humid night.Large fridge with freezer slot in it, 1 queen bed, 2 bunks, and a dinette which turns into a bed. The dinette is also a great spot to put a playpen if you need it!We will provide fitted sheets (please bring pillows and blankets), basic dishes and utensils, lawn chairs, outdoor mat, RV toilet paper (nothing else to be flushed down), and roasting sticks. There’s also a Keurig machine for your use!Please note this is our families trailer, so please respect it and return it in the condition you received it. Absolutely no smoking, no pets, and no festivals ($500 non-compliance charge will apply).A deep clean is done by us prior to pickup, but please use the supplied broom and cleaning supplies to tidy and wipe down the trailer including bathroom to return it in same condition it left.We ask that the grey water tank and septic be emptied, otherwise select the empty septic prepayment ($100)Pickup is in Fergus, delivery could be discussed in close proximity.If you have any questions feel free to reach out for anymore info
