Jose consistently provides prompt communication, delivers and sets up the trailer, offers clear instructions, and is readily available for questions. While one guest experienced issues with generator function, gas, and water supply, Jose is generally seen as going above and beyond.

The trailer is clean, spacious, and well-stocked with kitchen essentials, games, and snacks. It includes a hitch with sway bars for stable towing. Note: bunk beds are uncomfortable, shower is small, and it lacks a TV.

5.0Jose was a great host. Prompt communication, and he was always ready to do what he could to make our trip enjoyable and seamless. The trailer was our home for 12 days. We made and ate most of our meals in it. Having all we needed to do so was great because we flew and then rented a car, so we couldn’t bring much with us. Jose had the trailer all set up at our site, and he went through everything with us, making sure we knew how to use everything and where everything was. I’ve rented quite a few different trailers and RVs through Outdoorsy, and this one was immaculate and well stocked, and the host was very nice to work with.

5.0The trailer was a wonderful way to spend our time at the grand canyon. Jose delivered the trailer to the trailer village and gave us a clear to understand review of how to use the trailer. Then he left and we were good the whole way through. Noobie advice though: Make sure you call the RV park ahead of time to authorize the delivery person to set up your rented trailer in your spot. Thanks for being patient with a new renter like me Jose!!

5.0Jose and his RV were excellent. It was clean, the master bedroom mattress was comfortable, he was quick to respond to questions and overall very helpful. The only negative is the bunkhouse beds were pretty uncomfortable, a thin pad over some plywood. But kids don’t care about things like that and they were fine! An adult might have a hard time though. Overall, the camper met our needs perfectly and I would not hesitate to rent from Jose again!

5.0My family of 8 was very comfortable in this RV. Jose was prompt with delivery which was the most wonderful feature and was available for questions if I had any. I love that it came with a coffee maker AND Keurig! There are plenty of cooking utensils and kitchen necessities. None of us showered in there but we still seemed to blow through 60 gallons of fresh water in 4 days. That was our rookie mistake... just a heads up to any other rookies... 60 gallons seems like plenty... but use it sparingly. LOL. We will definitely rent this trailer again on our next camping trip.
