No one is allowed on roof for any reason. Total loss of security deposit if any evidence of roof access. No towing with the RV of any kind. No fish in refrigerator or freezer. 5 generator hours included with rental per day. $5 for each additional hour. 100 miles free on the RV with rental, $.75 per mile over. All Gray and Black tanks must be empty and clean as noted in initial walk through. $300 fee for any full or dirty tanks. . Clean fee covers standard use of RV. All trash and belongings are expected to be taken out of RV upon return. Any excessive cleaning will result in $60/hr. Provided surge protector is required to be used. Any damage to the RV from lack of use is 100% the responsibility of the renter. Provided fresh water reducer value required to be used. Any damage to the RV from lack of use if 100% the responsibility of the renter. This RV does NOT have any leveling jacks. (leveling blocks will be included as part of our accessory package) Slide out MUST be checked before opening and closing to ensure no obstacles are obstructing the pathway. Damage caused to the slide outs due to objects obstructing the pathway of the slides is 100% the responsibility of the renter. RV will be full of gas when rented out and should be returned full of gas. If not, a charge of $5.00 per gallon will be charge to the renter. Propane take will be full when rented out and should be returned full. If not, a charge of $5 per gallon will be charged to the renter. It is the responsibility of the renter to check the oil in the generator every 5 hours and add T4 15W-40 oil as necessary. Failure to do so can cause serious damage to the generator and is 100% the responsibility of the renter. Plugging into electrical hook ups while the generator is running will cause major damage to the RV and is 100% the responsibility of the renter. BE SURE TO TURN OFF THE GENERATOR BEFORE PLUGGING INTO ELECTRICAL HOOK UPS. No pets, No smoking and No towing of any kind permitted with the
