Beautiful Class A Motor coach with limited mileage. Includes a Washer AND Dryer, 4 seat theatre couch set across 50" TV. Includes TWO AC units for those hot days, two heat pumps and an electric fireplace for those chilly nights.The Kitchen has a convertible countertop that you access both the kitchen sink and stove top gas range. The refrigerator is a full size residential unit. Overhead microwave. The gas oven is under the range. We include a Keurig, toaster, utensils, cutlery, kitchen ware, and cleaning supplies. In fact if you want to know if we can include anything - just ask us - typically we have it and can include the requested item(s).Master Bedroom has a king size bed, 4 drawers, sliding door closet, TV that swings out for access to a storage cabinet behind it and sliding door access. Stackable washer and dryer is also located in the Master Bedroom. We include linens, blankets, and pillows.This gas powered Triton V-10 climbs mountains with ease and can tow without an issue. Has turn signal cameras on both sides and backup camera (that you view the entire drive).Sleeping accommodations

Rules of the Road with our Jayco Class A Motor Coach:
The Motor Coach should be returned as it was picked up, simply put these are potential charges if the following does not occur:
LP tank should be full - Cost to fill + $75
Fuel Tanks should be full - Cost to fill + $400
Grey tanks should be empty - $25 fee
Black tanks should be empty - $100 fee
The Motor Coach should be clean - we do expect some dirt, but any excess mud, dirt, stains, or filth requiring deep cleaning tactics will incur an additional cleaning fee of $200
If the Motor Coach has excessive brush, limb, or other marks on the outside paint/body there will be a buffering charge of $250
In regards to pickup and return time simply keep me in the loop and you won’t incur any charges

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I am very flexible in your plans - typically can accommodate an early pick up or late drop off - just check in with us.
Q.
What about boondocking or dry camping?
A.
You can boondock or dry camp in our RV. I have installed 600W of Solar and added a power bank size of 46V of AGM batteries. Best case scenario, using the fridge and LED lights you can go 4 days with no use of the generator or external power source. If you intend to boondock or drycamp please contact me to discuss a custom quote and instructions regarding what needs to be done. For boondocking the RV can hook up to 110V, 30AMP or 50AMP.

What does my insurance not cover
A.
As much as I do like the insurance via these 3rd party platforms you need to be attentive to what is not covered, such as the windshield being struck by a rock is not covered, but struck by a bird is. If you want to be protected from costs associated with items not covered by outdoorsy insurance please reach out to me.
