Unfortunately, our two-night rental was a difficult experience. Around 11:55 p.m., the passenger-side inner rear tire lost all air and we could not continue. We messaged the hosts immediately. They responded around 7:49 a.m. and, once aware, quickly arranged and paid for roadside service. After inspecting the RV, the technician replaced three tires. The breakdown cost us roughly 12 hours of an already short trip. The generator repeatedly stalled, so the rooftop air-conditioning could not run reliably while driving in the Florida heat. This was extremely uncomfortable for our family, especially our children, and required extra stops to cool down. The host later sent a mobile technician however the generator continued to malfunction for the duration of the trip. The host disclosed at pickup that the dashboard displayed 0% oil life, and we found several loose/missing screws and nonfunctioning interior items. The hosts communicated well and made sincere efforts to help once notified, which we appreciate. However, the number and seriousness of the mechanical issues significantly affected the safety, comfort, and value of our trip.

Simona and Tony are excellent hosts! Their laid back approach and generosity to let us pick up a day early was a breath of fresh air in the rental world. I'd book with them again for sure!

This was a wonderful RV which was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of five. It had everything we needed and more. Would definitely reserve again!
