Perfect for a couple, group of friends and definitely family camping trips. *NO Burning MAN*Amazingly well kept 2017 travel trailer equipped with flat screen t.v., bluetooth speakers in the living room and outdoor kitchen, heat and AC. Layout is perfect for a couple or family. Full size bunk beds while the master bedroom boasts a queen sized bed and plenty of storage. The kitchen table and sofa both convert to extra beds if needed. The lighted awning provides great shade and the outdoor kitchen with sink, gas cooktop and mini fridge make for amazing days outside!Enjoy the features of this rental such as a swivel TV, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, and awning to relax under. This non-smoking recreational vehicle. Before we forget, this RV rental also has dumping and cleaning add-ons, just to name a few. Dumping fee $50.00 applies if the Grey and Black holding tanks are coming back not drained. Make sure monitor level panel also shows empty on Gray and Black Holding tanks. RV includes Sewer hose and water hose. Each Campground has its own dump station and provide water for flushing holding tanks. You can also find dump station at some Gas Stations/Truck Stops, such as TA, Love's, Pilot....Cleaning fee
Minimum Cleaning fee charge applied $100, depends on cleanliness or amount excess amount need to be cleaned.
For other then basic cleaning charges and not be charged extra Please return with the following cleaned refrigerator, bathroom sink, bathtub/shower, toilet, stove, oven - those are the main common areas that will be charged extra. Also no stains on the carpet and cushions.
