Trailer has an outdoor shower, outdoor Bluetooth speakers, and a back patio.This toy hauler is the first Jay Flight model to have a rear ramp door with spring assist! The dual folding sofas have a removable table in between them for you to enjoy your delicious meals at and the stainless steel microwave will come in very handy on those nights when you don't feel like cooking. You will love how easy it is for everyone to access the dual entry bathroom, especially for those who are staying in the front private bedroom. Inside the bedroom is a walk-around queen bed with a bedspread and wardrobes on either side of it to keep your clothes organized. The front exterior storage area is big enough to store all of your favorite camping gear, and the 16' power awning can protect you whether rain or shine!We love your furry buddies. Please advise us as to size breed and age of your buddy. (Dogs only/ No felines or rodents allowed/ pets under 50lbs only)Vehicles must be returned 8am-Noon, 12:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Vehicle pick up is from 3pm-5, at 5:01 you are late an may incur a late fee. Deliveries are from 1 until 3pm. Renter must be present at time of delivery. Travel Trailer slot reservation confirmation must be provided to the owner at least two days before delivery. No Smoking or drug use is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided

Renter is responsible for all tickets, tolls, towing, and impound fees, including any late or administrative charges. Tire damage is also the renter’s responsibility; if negligence is suspected, the tire must be returned for professional evaluation, and reimbursement will depend on the result.
In case of mechanical issues, renter must contact roadside assistance and notify the owner immediately. Do not attempt repairs. Approved out-of-pocket repair costs not covered by insurance will be reimbursed with prior notice and receipts.
Renter must maintain engine oil, tire pressure, and coolant levels. Damage due to negligence will be the renter’s responsibility. Owner will provide instructions for vehicle operation; misuse of systems or appliances resulting in damage will be charged to the renter.
Awning use is strictly prohibited. Tampering with or breaking locks forfeits the entire deposit and does not waive additional charges. Cooking fish inside is not allowed; cook outside only.
Return time is 8 AM–12 PM; pickup is 3 PM–5 PM. Late returns or pickups may incur fees. For delivery, renter must be present, and confirmed slot reservations must be shared at least 2 days prior.
