It is fully equipped with everything from pots, pans, dishes, linens, lawn chairs, table, etc. If you can think of something that's missing please let us know and we will add it to the rig. It has 2 flat screen TVs (main area & bedroom) and a motorized satellite antenna. You can also connect your devices via Hdmi to watch anything you can stream on your smartphone, tablet or computer. 1 Queen size bed, the dinette folds down and sleeps 2 children, the jackknife standard size couch sleeps 2 adults.
It can sleep 6 total and there is enough space for an air mattress for 2 more people. It has a slide out in the bedroom and another one in the main area.
Very comfortable ride. The engine has only ~35,000 miles on it.
Please bring it back the exact same way you received it, Clean as it is yours, with empty holding tanks and a full tank of gas. Otherwise, we will have to charge a fee for doing these things (see fees).
We hope that you will enjoy your trip and will do everything we can to make your renting experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.The rig is equipped with a residential fridge which has a lot of advantages (better cooling, much lower energy consumption, more cooling space) but it cannot run off propane or off the main engine. So the generator must be running at all times when the fridge is in use and there is no shore power connection.Note: the images show the rig before the major upgrade we just did in 2019. The rig now has a brand new vinyl flooring in dark wood style, a new shower, a new toilet, and a new kitchen and bathroom wall backdrop. All 6 tires, the battery, and the alternator are brand new. The engine, the brakes, and the generator have been serviced. We will update the images soon!Pick up & Drop off between 1 pm and 4 pm.

I very much enjoyed the 2 years I was living full-time in this very comfortable motorhome at the wonderful Aztec RV Resort in Margate FL. Now I only use the RV occasionally for vacation trips. Since I am travelling a lot, my awesome friends, Nick and Laura take care of the rig, use it for their own travels and rent it out whenever neither of us is using it. Laura, Nick and I will do everything we can to make your trip perfect and we hope that you will enjoy your trips in this great vehicle as much as we are enjoying ours!
I very much enjoyed the 2 years I was living full-time in this very comfortable motorhome at the wonderful Aztec RV Resort in Margate FL. Now I only use the RV occasionally for vacation trips.
