Located in York county, this travel trailer is perfectly positioned for a quick hop over to your favorite parks! It comes fully stocked with everything you and your family need for a weekend of camping fun! Just bring clothes, bathroom kits, drinks, and food and get ready for the memories! Equipped with a queen and two full sized bunks, it easily accommodates a family of 4 or 5. The table converts into a sleeping area and a sleeping bag is provided.Included: Fresh linens, coffee pot, toaster, plastic plates, cups, styrofoam bowls, metal utensils and cutlery, grilling tools, coffee cups, pitcher, cleaning supplies, hand towels, oven mitt, bath towels, toilet paper, and all hoses needed for setup.
Also Included: Two adult folding chairs, a large outdoor umbrella (great for beach trips), small foldable table, small charcoal grill w/ charcoal, and outdoor area rug.30 amp (30a) service is required for the best experience. 15a to 30a, and 50a to 30a adapters are available.We look forward to hearing from you and your family!Rules
-NO Smoking of ANY kind. Any evidence of smoking may result in a loss of the security deposit.
-NO Cats and most Dogs. I love animals and have had a few over the years but I, and others, have developed allergies to them. This makes it difficult to get a thorough cleaning for others in the future. Hypoallergenic dogs may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
-Excessive Dirt. A $100 deep cleaning fee will be withheld if I find the RV to be excessively dirty requiring deep cleaning to bring it back to the condition I delivered it in.
