couldn't be happier with the experience. everything went smoothly. We had a beautiful RV delivered and setup at Sebastian Inlet State Park. I arrived shortly after the host got everything setup, and they were chilling under the canopy in the camp chairs all set up. the RV perfectly leveled, very clean, hooked up and well on its way getting cooled down. They were very easy going, not rushed and gave a thorough tour and explanation of all functions of the RV. Was well furnished and had everything needed, including a small slideout kitchen w/ twin propane burners, small fridge for water bottles and an ice maker. I can't wait to book next year and hope to get same RV and hosts. We even enjoyed the simulated fireplace while we had cocktails inside one evening when the weather got iffy. Thanks much Tom and Brittany!

Thomas and Brittany are amazing and have a really great setup! Their camper is super functional, has awesome organizational details, and it is really adorable too. Brittany had everything setup when we arrived, like we were staying in a swanky Air BnB. The camper is clean and they went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed for a successful weekend. They were also extremely responsive with all of our questions before and during our stay. We liked it so much, we will be reserving g it for our trip next year too. I would recommend this camper to anybody, don’t hesitate booking this one.

The trailer was perfect for our family. Thomas and Brittany set everything up perfectly for us and we were able to arrive to a cooled trailer with a cold fridge as well. The communication was fantastic and all instructions were really easy to follow.

Rules and policies
1. Check your vehicle's towing capacity: Make sure your vehicle's towing capacity is greater than the weight of the trailer. 2. Check your vehicle's owner's manual or consult with a dealership if you're unsure. 3. Check your trailer's weight and balance: Ensure your trailer is properly loaded and balanced, with the heaviest items towards the front and the center of gravity as low as possible. 4. Check tire pressure: Inflated tires are crucial for safe towing. Check the trailer's tire pressure and ensure it's at the recommended level. (60psi) 5. Check safety chains and coupler: Ensure your safety chains are securely attached to your vehicle and trailer, and that the coupler is properly connected. • While Towing: 1. Drive slowly and carefully: Reduce your speed to 10-15 mph when towing, especially in residential areas or construction zones & 60- 70 mph on highway. 2. Use low gear: When driving uphill or towing in heavy traffic, use a lower gear to maintain control and avoid overheating. 3. Avoid sudden movements: Sudden turns, braking, or acceleration can cause instability and loss of control. Make smooth, gradual movements instead. 4. Use turn signals: Signal before making turns, lane changes, or merging with traffic to alert other drivers. 5. Check your mirrors: Regularly check your mirrors for blind spots, including those behind you, around you, and in front of you. 6. Avoid overtaking: Never pass other vehicles while towing a trailer, as this can be hazardous and may cause loss of control. • Specific Safety Considerations: 8. Towing at night: Use extra caution when towing at night by reducing speed, using low beams, and increasing following distance. 9. Weather conditions: Avoid towing in extreme weather conditions like heavy rain, and strong winds. 10. Interstate highway etiquette: When merging onto an interstate highway, yield to faster traffic and signal your intention to merge. • Stay relaxed and patient.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

How to hook up the electric at the campground?

A.

First locate the ‘ELECTRICAL BIN’, once inside, find the surge protector. Make sure the breaker, on the campsites power pole, is in the ‘off’ position. Plug the surge protector into 30 amp plug. Turn the breaker to the ‘on’ position and wait 5 seconds until you hear a ‘click sound’ on surge protector. It will then light up green, indicating there’s no issues at the campsites power pole. Next, plug the power cord into the surge protector, and then into the camper.

Q.

How do hook up water at the campground?

A.

Locate the ‘FRESH WATER ONLY’ bin, attach one end of the 25’ water hose to the camp sites water source. Attach the other end to the water filter (with pressure gauge attached). Locate the 10’ water hose, attach one end to the pressure gauge and the other end to the ‘City Water connection’ on camper. This will give you constant water for your stay.

Q.

How do to hook up the sewage at the campground?

A.

Locate ‘BLACK WATER ONLY’ bin. Inside this bin, you will need to find the sewer hose elbow. Insert that into the dump location at your campsite. Locate the sewage hose in the rear bumper, behind the magnetic cap. Attach one end into the sewer elbow, and the other end into the camper. Remember to allow the ‘Grey water tank’ and ‘Black water tank’ to fill all the way, before emptying the tanks. This creates a vortex inside the tank, ensuring all water and debris get dumped.

Q.

How do empty the black water tank at the campground?

A.

Never empty both sides at the same time!! To empty the tank, you will see a lever on each side of the dump station. The left side is for fresh water, the right side is the black water tank. Always empty the black water tank FIRST, and then the freshwater tank last. Once finished make sure to close the tank. Repeat as needed.
