📋 Rental Guidelines – Please Read Before Booking We want you to have an awesome, stress-free trip! To keep the camper in great shape for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: • No smoking or vaping inside the camper • Pets allowed only with prior approval • No festivals, tailgating, or large events unless discussed • Must be at least 25 years old to rent 🚐 Towing & Use • Must have prior towing experience (or choose delivery option) • No off-roading or driving on unpaved/rough roads • Renter is responsible for proper hitch setup and safe towing 🧼 Care & Cleanliness • Please return the camper in the same clean condition • Basic cleaning is expected (trash removed, surfaces wiped) • Excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee 🚿 Tanks & Utilities • Gray/black tanks must be emptied before return (unless prepaid service is selected) • Use RV-safe toilet paper only • No flushing anything other than toilet paper ⏰ Pickup & Return • Pickup and drop-off times must be agreed upon in advance • Late returns may incur additional charges 🔧 General Use • No climbing on the roof • Awning must be retracted during wind or when unattended • Report any issues immediately so we can help Thanks for treating our camper like your own—we want you to have a great trip and come back again!
