At only 3800 pounds, this camper can be pulled by just about all trucks and most SUVs. Fully stocked ready for your next get away. Queen Murphy bed with upgraded memory foam mattress, 2 bunks rated at 300 lbs capacity and convertible dining area allow sleeping for at least 5 possibly 6. Pets are allowed upon approval!Pick up time starts at 11AM with option to upgrade to earlier time.
Drop off time is at 3PM with option to upgrade to later time.
I will spend as much time as required explaining how the camper operates, including time to drive if necessary. I want you to feel comfortable with all aspects before you take off.Will deliver per options shown below.

No Burning Man rentals. Other festivals require approval and will require a larger refundable security deposit. Please let us know if you plan to take to a festival.
No smoking or vaping. This will result in forfeiture of renter’s full security deposit
No rooftop access.
Do not tow anything behind the trailer. Motorhome towing with approval only.
Cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit for camper returned excessively dirty. (Examples: dirt/mud on floors and/or furniture, pet hair on furniture, personal waste still in toilet, improperly washed dishes, items not put away in appropriate locations.)
Drop-offs after 3PM will incur a late charge of $20 per hour.

Will you show me how to use the camper?

I spend about an hour on pick up day showing all systems in the camper. You will then take a drive around to get a feel of towing and brakes and to answer any final questions. I also email a pdf file with info on the camper. This includes setup instructions, rules, general info and a list of included items.

What are pick up and drop off times?

Unfortunately Outdoorsy does not let us edit the times showing. Our actual pick up time is 11AM with options for earlier pick up for an additional fee. Drop off time is 3PM on your return day with options for later drop off for an additional fee. The fees can be seen in our add-on options in this listing.
