Raul was patient and timely in responding to questions, provided a thorough pickup walkthrough, and remained responsive and helpful even with minor issues during a 2800-mile trip.

5.0Rv was very clean and stocked with all the supplies we needed besides food. Raul was so awesome to deal with. He guided us on all the things needed to have a successful stay in the rv. We stayed stationary all week but the rv was a lifesaver with the crazy Texas thunderstorms we had almost daily. Would highly recommend.

5.0We could not have asked for a better experience with DFW Outdoor Rentals. The booking process was easy and Raul was patient and timely in responding to questions we had prior to booking. He went through everything with us at the time of pick up to ensure we were comfortable with the RV. Ten days and almost 2800 miles and we only encountered one minor mechanical issue. It was no big deal at all, but Raul was still very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to book our next rental!
