This fully loaded light weight travel travel has all the amenities of home! Trailer has power hitch and there is a weight distribution hitch and anti sway bar to keep it steady behind you. There's a power awning, propane grill, and speakers on the outside, as well as bright LED lights to keep you safe. Inside there is a (murphy) RV queen size bed (with mattress warmer) kitchenette folds down to a bed (easily sleep 2 small kids) as well as 2 bunk beds (tight for adults over 6'). Linens are provided as well as all kitchen utensils, plastic flatware, cups, and plates. There is a 21' television, DVD player and bluetooth radio as well as 2 USB charging stations for your electronics. There is plenty of storage throughout, and all power cables, water hoses, and dump hoses will be included with gloves. There is a fridge, freezer, microwave, and 3 burner range and oven in the kitchen, along with pots and pans.We have kept this unit very clean and well maintained, and we are kid friendly. We allow pets up to 40lbs. If there's something else you would like and don't see mentioned please ask, we use this unit regularly and probably have it!Conveniently located 1 mile from beeline highway on Shea Blvd! For a small fee I will be willing to clean the dump tanks after your trip to save you the hassle! If you don't select to have it done and tank is brought back full you will be charged $200.
