2019 Lance 650 on a 2019 Ford F250 XLT FX4. The truck is 4x4 fully optioned with less than 30K miles. This truck is equipped from Ford with the camper package. It can carry a much heavier camper than the ultra light 650. I like this set up do to the fact that you hardly feel your carrying a camper plus you can park in a single car spot. But do keep in mind the Hight Clearance (NO Drive Thru Fast Food or Parking Structures). As for the camper, it is also fully loaded with all options that Lance offers excluding roof Air Conditioner. The camper is equipped with a full wet private bath with an instant on hot water heater and a toilet so no need to use pit toilets or dig a hole. I have added 300 watts of solar and 100AH LiFePO4 battery. This is an off grid rig. There is no need for a generator for I have installed a 50amp automatic DC to DC charger. The camper battery will fully charge in about 2 hours while driving or just running the truck. I have also installed a 1000 watt Xantrex inverter should you want to run any small appliances/coffee maker using AC or regular house plug power. Please know I would like the camper and truck to remain smoke and pet free. We do have pets but we do not let them ride in the vehicle unless in a kennel. Pet hair and accidents are near impossible to clean off the queen bed mattress, comforter and dinette cushions. I would also like to ask that you use the over head fan as an exhaust should you cook in the camper as we do all the time and there is no food smell in it. For a small fee ($25 per trip or booking) I can also include a swinging 3 bike rack or swing out basket for extra gear.EmpfehlungenWe have taken this rig to beaches in California from Malibu to just North of Oxnard and to San Francisco with many stays in between, the Sierra Nevada Mountain have lots for camping and boondocking spots, Joshua Tree National Park. As for Arizona, Grand Canyon, Payson-The Rim and Forest Lakes, Sedona-regular camping areas and boondocking, Prescott-camping areas and boondocking. Some of these locations are locked in the truck navigation system.
