12 x 7 Enclosed trailer that has been converted into a mini toy hauler. Murphy style bed for use with a queen air mattress, one removeable wheel chock for a motorcycle. External and interior 120 volt connections. Internal 12 DC connection. AM/FM/CD USB radio. New Radial tires with spare. Back door doubles as a floor for 10x10 Privacy room. Electric Brakes. Removable tongue jack, Porta-poty, Refrigerator, Microwave, Table, AM/FM Radio, AC, TV with DVD. Uses a 2 5/16 ball and tow vehicle must be wired for electric trailer brakes. Mileage is 100 miles per day. Mileage over is charged at 35 cents per mile or $200, which ever is less.
