Host Emran is noted for responsiveness and helpfulness by some. However, several guests reported booking cancellations, being late for pickup, absence at drop-off, and issues with claim dispute handling.

Drives like a truck, needing slow speeds (55 MPH) and wider turns. Vehicle condition is inconsistent: some found it clean and perfect, others cited poor maintenance, brake issues, lack of documentation, and uncomfortable cab/table beds.

3.0Would have to confirm the September review by a previous client. The RV is not well maintained. It has several issues that I will not go into at this time. On top of that the RV was not available at the scheduled and confirmed time. It was 5 hours late and we had to cancel campsite reservations for the first night. Would also mention that the host was not available at the drop-off which was also scheduled and confirmed. I was not able to review the return closeout with him. I would not rent this RV again.

1.0The host was very unprofessional in dealing with a claim dispute between the Host and myself. In addition, the RV was in poor condition including having issues with the front brakes. There were a number of other issues on how poorly the RV was prepared for renting including, lack of documentation on how to operate basic features of the RV. I have not had these issues working through Outdoorsy in the past. Our dissatisfaction is more with the Host from AmeriGo and not with Outdoorsy.
