2021 Cruiser MPG 2500BH

Great communication, made our trip so easy and so fun. THE MASTER BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE!!!! THe bunk mattress where very flimsy and thin, suggest brings an extra mat to put over them.

RV is in outstanding condition - I usually look for RVs with only a few years on them to avoid worrying about maintenance, but Samuel's RV was in great shape and had obviously been taken care of by someone who is willing to put the time into fixing things properly. RV was clean - this is the cleanest RV I've ever rented, actually - no evidence of previous guests anywhere, even the usual spots that people forget to clean like behind the toilet, corners underneath furniture, etc. Towing with a 5.0L F150 was no problem at all, all connections were provided and worked (incl. weight distributing hitch). Samuel was accommodating for both pickup and return times - friendly and knowledgable about the RV and its systems. Absolutely plan to try to rent from him again in the future. (edit to add: Purchased linen package add-on so I wouldn't have to mess with sheets etc - very worth it. Towels, hand towels, pillowcases, sheets - everything - was presented in nicely folded packages for all beds and the kitchen (for the towels). All linens were freshly washed, smelled great, and were in great condition - no holes/rips/stains. I was thoroughly impressed - I don't usually get add-ons when renting - but the linens were definitely worth it.)

Great person to deal with

We've rented a few RVs via Ourdoorsy, but this one was by far our favorite. RV was clean, comfortable, with everything you need for a great family getaway. The ourdoor fridge and sink was the accessory we didn't know we needed. In addition, Host was helpful, friendly, and communicative leading up to check-in and check-out. Would recommend 100%. Thank you for giving my family this experience!
