Renters will be responsible for any damage or additional cleaning created by pets. Fees apply.Camper is expected to be returned clean- in the same condition or better than when you received the camper. If there is extensive cleaning needed when returned an additional $200 fee will be charged. (This includes trash, mud, sand, and/or excessive mess left behind).If tanks were not emptied upon returning- $200 emptying fee applies.Additional Rules-
-No smoking or vaping.
-No cooking smelly things inside the camper (examples- bacon, fish etc)
-RV safe toilet tissue is the ONLY thing allowed to be flushed down toilet/put into the black tank.
