5.0As a first time RV renter, Yujun was very accommodating with early picks ups and late drop offs and explained the ins and outs of operation on pick up. Vehicle was clean and easy to drive, though it was a bit bumpy (family got motion sickness) and loud (can hear the windows clanking). I guess that's typical of large vehicles so be prepared. Fridge does take about 12 hours to get to temp so keep that in mind when loading up. Propane is included so thank you for that inclusion, barely went down after 4 straight days on. I got around 8 MPG on my trip cruising around 65-70 MPH so keep that in mind when calculating gas costs (I minimally used the generator a few hours during the trip so that may effect the MPG). I'd advise to use rvs sites with full hook up as the waste tanks can fill up easily after a few days. Overall was a pleasant experience that I would do again. Thank you!
