As a first time RV renter, Yujun was very accommodating with early picks ups and late drop offs and explained the ins and outs of operation on pick up. Vehicle was clean and easy to drive, though it was a bit bumpy (family got motion sickness) and loud (can hear the windows clanking). I guess that's typical of large vehicles so be prepared. Fridge does take about 12 hours to get to temp so keep that in mind when loading up. Propane is included so thank you for that inclusion, barely went down after 4 straight days on. I got around 8 MPG on my trip cruising around 65-70 MPH so keep that in mind when calculating gas costs (I minimally used the generator a few hours during the trip so that may effect the MPG). I'd advise to use rvs sites with full hook up as the waste tanks can fill up easily after a few days. Overall was a pleasant experience that I would do again. Thank you!

My rental experience with this host was extremely disappointing and felt like a series of deliberate bait-and-switches. The initial listing prominently advertised $0 charges for mileage over 50 miles per day. However, upon pickup, the host refused to honor their own advertised terms. To proceed with our trip, we were forced into an on-the-spot negotiation, resulting in a hand-written contract for 300 free miles, which we both signed. Shockingly, the host completely disregarded this signed agreement after the trip, charging us for mileage on entirely different, unagreed-upon terms. It also appears the host modified their online listing's mileage terms after our dispute was raised, seemingly to obscure the original deceptive terms. Adding to this pattern of dishonesty, after I pursued the mileage discrepancy, the host wrongfully charged my security deposit $500 – a clear attempt to punish me for my negative experience and feedback. I am grateful that Outdoorsy intervened and promptly refunded this entirely inappropriate charge. This host demonstrated untrustworthy and vindictive behavior throughout the process. Their actions, from misleading listing terms to reneging on a signed contract and then levying a punitive, invalid charge, created a deeply frustrating and unethical rental experience. I urge future renters to exercise extreme caution and meticulously verify all terms in writing before and during pickup to avoid similar issues.
