We took the Mercedes Entegra Qwest 24R down to KOA Santa Cruz for a weekend trip with our family. It was everything we hoped for and more! With the slide-out extended, the space felt genuinely roomy and comfortable. Sleeping arrangements were perfect: the Murphy bed and loft handled our family of three with room to spare, and the convertible dinette means you could easily accommodate more if needed. We even had enough space to have a few friends stop by, sip coffee, and let the kids watch a movie together. Everyone was comfortable in the space - it felt like a home away from home. The hosts were fantastic from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off were completely stress-free, and they provided thorough documentation and video support that made us feel confident operating everything.
