This is our home away from home, We love it because it is comfy and cozy yet big and can manage many many different situations wonderfully. From the beach to the desert to the mountains it can and has done it all. While using this toy hauler we have and will continue to make many happy memories and have great experiences as a family. Maybe it will facilitate your great memories too. It can easily sleep 10 adults in existing beds, with floor space available. It has comfortably slept more than 10 with people sleeping on the floor. There are 2 queen beds in the back that are motorized to move up out of the way. The sofa folds out into a bed and the front bedroom has a full walk around queen. The back ramp gate can be opened to a beautiful view or to keep an eye on the kids, or with proper support it can become a deck. The bathroom will amaze you with size and comfort. Jack and Jill entry from the rest of the trailer and directly from the front bedroom. It has 16.5 feet of cargo space when setup for cargo so it can haul many smaller vehicles (quads/motorcycles) or a full size sandrail or SxS. It also has a 40 Gallon fuel tank that will pump into vehicles from the pump station outside. With its outdoor water hose extra dirty vehicles or children can be sprayed off. Movie night can be a lot of fun with the dvd player, audio system with inside & outside speakers, and 40" drop down flatscreen TV. The full kitchen allows for great meals to be prepared or warmed. Central Heating and AC make sure that the temperature is just right. Large water tank capacities allow for extended "dry" camping. This is a wonderful trailer and we love it, works beautifully for our family. Note: this is also a beast to haul. Its length, axle location, and heavy tongue weight make it a challenge and requires a 2500 truck or bigger to haul safely.
