3 night minimum. RV will picked up or delivered with full tank of gas, and expected returned the same. If not an additional $7/gallon fee will be charged. Both grey and black tanks are to be empty, if not a $75 dumping fee will be added. If smoking is suspected at return a fee of $500. We understand that some cleaning supplies will not be available for some renters but if returned excessively dirty $150 will be charged as a cleaning fee.
