Meaning it can only be used in the San Juans!Sleeping 4 comfortably with a memory foam pop top and a full fold down bed in the back. This is the perfect weekend getaway for any destination and any climate, boasting solar panels to charge the house battery and a gas powered generator, instant water heater and an outdoor and indoor shower. Comes fully furnished with non toxic bathroom supplies, emergency supplies, playing cards, leveling pads and camping chairs! Fresh sheets, duvet cover and towels can be supplied with an add on.It's not a party vehicle but it's an incredible vehicle to explore national parks, ski resorts and the open road for you and your whole family!Upon return, you need to fill the gas and propane tanks, unless you pay for the add ons that you allow you to return them empty. You need to fill the 21 gallon fresh water tank. You need to dump the grey water, this can be done in any sewage hookup but also almost anywhere outside as all the soaps used in this van are non toxic! You also need to dump your black box (sewage), unless you pay for the add on that allows you to return them full. This comes in a small suitcase like container that can be dumped at any RV campground and any sewage hookup. Dishes must be washed if used and the garbage and recycle also must be emptied. The main surfaces need to be wiped down and nothing can be left in the van. Pickup is 3pm and drop off is 11am!
