- We expect pets to be cleaned up after outings such as a sandy day at the beach or a day of swimming in the lake. We have hot/cold outdoor hose available to make this more convenient.There is a nonrefundable $50 pet fee for the first pet and a $20 fee for the second pet. Any damages incurred by a pet will be taken out of the $650 refundable security deposit, so please keep that in mind when making this decision.***Note to NON-PET OWNERS Pet deposits are used for extra cleaning service***SMOKING
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping inside the RV. If there is any evidence of smoking, the entire $650 refundable security deposit will be forfeited.CLEANING

HOWEVER, we do expect our RV to be treated with respect and we would appreciate light upkeep while in use.
