5.0Easy reservation process. Tony was responsive to all questions. Pick up was quick with the RV ready and simple instructions. Safe place to park our car while we were traveling was a bonus The trip through and stay in Shenandoah NP was amazing. Minor issue with the hot water heater but everything else was great. We would certainly rent this RV again.
