Easy towing like a tent trailer but hard sided safety when set up. Sets up faster then comparable tent trailers. Self contained or full hookups. Previously scratched and dented so you don't have to worry about any mountain pin-striping you may add to it. Easily towed by most V6s. In today's environment of sky high gas prices this rig will only cost you a couple of miles to the gallon with its low drag and weight. 1.0The owner responded quickly until he got the money then I have to call outdoorsy to call him to respond to my message. It never should have been rented. Too many things wrong with the rv. One major issue is the jack doesn’t work to stabilize it. There was no hose for water. Look at the notes from all the times I called outdoorsy. It doesn’t look like the picture advertised and it definitely is not easy to put up $ down.

2.0The rental included a $50 prep fee but trailer was clearly not prepped - grass had grown tall around where it was parked and it did not look like it had been set up or cleaned out in quite some time. There were dead bugs and dirt throughout that could not be seen until we got to destination and set it up. Showed pictures and they would not budge on any reimbursement of the prep fee. It was also very difficult to put back together. We did not use the bathroom or stove so cannot speak to those but the electric worked fine.
